The journey towards healing starts here.

My Journey

Before becoming a licensed therapist, I had started my career post-grad as a clothing designer in Philadelphia. After nearly 5 years in the industry, I had a moment of clarity, realizing that fashion was not something I felt passionately about. Soon after, I left my job and followed my heart into the world of mental health.

I went on to earn my M.Ed. in Counseling Psychology from Temple University in 2022, started a private practice, and have been loving my career ever since.

In my free time, I still love designing and recreating my thrifted finds into new pieces. I also love attending concerts, crafting, and spending time with my 2 year old son.

My Approach

As your therapist, my goal is to help you uncover a deeper understanding of yourself and make changes to improve your overall mood, quality of relationships, self-esteem, and life satisfaction. My approach to therapy is to answer three questions: What is happening? Why is it happening? Is there anything we can do to change it? I aim to create a space where people can both talk about the problems they’re facing, and leave my office feeling more equipped to tackle them.

My therapy method is integrative, meaning I use more than one modality to help you reach your goals. For each individual, I take into consideration their problem, their personality, and their comfort level to determine what approach would be appropriate.

As a relational therapist, the connection I have with clients is a priority and something I give extra attention to. I relate to people through shared interests and humor, allowing them to see me as a human, not just a therapist.
